This Joint Council brings together senior leaders across HR, Learning, Talent, Skills, Work Design, Leadership Development and Workforce Analytics to tackle the real operational decisions required over the next 2–5 years.

Grounded in practitioner experience and informed by foresight, the meeting is designed to help leaders:

  •  Anticipate how AI, data integration, and new organizational models are reshaping work, learning, and people development. 
  • Move from fragmented initiatives to coherent operating models and working across silos
  • Collaborate with peers to translate insight into clear priorities, decisions, and actions for 2026

The Question We're Addressing

How do senior leaders intentionally redesign work, leadership, and operating models—so that learning, talent, and workforce strategy become a source of enterprise advantage by 2027?

Through candid, peer-driven dialogue, participants will pressure-test assumptions and sharpen their focus on where to invest, what to redesign, and what to stop—so they can act confidently and decisively in a period of sustained transformation.
