About The Work Design Collaborative

The Learning Forum, Reejig, and Sana have partnered to create the Work Design Collaborative.  This community brings together top enterprise HR leaders to design, build, and lead the AI-powered workforce of tomorrow.  

Through four in-person and four virtual sessions running through December 2025, members gain the strategic insights and frameworks needed to drive bold yet responsible transformation in their organizations.

We launched this series on May 1st at Salesforce in New York City, where we gathered some of the brightest minds in HR leadership to explore how work truly gets done.
