The Learning Forum: A Catalyst for Accelerated Learning

Winning in the AI era takes more than just keeping up with the hype. It requires building a future-ready organization with the operational muscle to learn, adapt, and execute faster than the competition.   

Meaningful transformation takes time, dedicated leadership, attention to culture, and a willingness to learn from history. Navigating this shift demands experimentation, robust governance, rapid skills development, and, most importantly, a cultural mindset of curiosity grounded in discipline.

This Joint Council brings together senior leaders across HR, Learning, Talent, Skills Strategy, Work Architecture, Leadership Development,  Workforce Analytics, Innovation, and Foresight to tackle the real operational decisions required over the next 2–5 years to turn disruption into a competitive advantage.

Grounded in practitioner experience and informed by foresight, the meeting is designed to help leaders:

•  Anticipate how AI, data integration, and new organizational models are reshaping work, learning, and people development. 
• Move from fragmented initiatives to coherent operating models and working across silos
• Collaborate with peers to translate insight into clear priorities, decisions, and actions for 2026

Through candid, peer-driven dialogue, participants will pressure-test assumptions and sharpen their focus on where to invest, what to redesign, and what to stop—so they can act confidently and decisively in a period of sustained transformation.
