Some challenges you train for. Others, you don’t see coming.
When Meighan Hackett crossed the finish line of an Ironman triathlon, it wasn’t just about endurance—it was about mindset. Dig deep. Push forward. Trust your team. Those same principles helped her lead through two defining moments: recovering from a traumatic brain injury that left her in a coma, and years later, sustaining The Learning Forum during her father’s (and business partner's) cancer diagnosis and treatments, while navigating a pandemic that halted in-person collaboration overnight.
Meighan didn’t rebuild alone. And she doesn’t believe anyone should.
That belief is the heartbeat of her work at The Learning Forum, where she helps the world’s top leaders prepare for their toughest endurance race: the future of work.
Building Champions for What’s Next
The Learning Forum is more than a leadership network—it’s a trusted training ground for executives from 300+ Fortune 100 companies and key government agencies. CHROs, CLOs, and AI Strategy leaders come together to tackle the issues that matter most:
🔹 AI transformation – with practical strategies for governance, ethics, and integration
🔹 Skills-based workforce planning – ensuring no one is left behind in the age of automation
🔹 Work design for a reimagined future – creating human-centered, AI-augmented careers
At gatherings hosted at Google, Disney, NASA, and MIT Media Lab, Meighan curate’s powerful, peer-driven dialogues.
A Career Rooted in Learning and Transformation
Accelerating Change Through Story, Strategy, and Human-Centered Design
Before joining her father, Brian Hackett, to grow The Learning Forum, Meighan built a strong foundation in organizational development, learning design, and change leadership.
At Coach Inc., she served on the Global People and Organizational Development team, where she designed and delivered enterprise-wide learning solutions that strengthened professional skill sets and supported large-scale transformation. Her work in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Team Effectiveness helped teams across the globe align around strategy and perform with agility in a fast-changing retail landscape.
Prior to that, Meighan worked alongside a cross-disciplinary collective of experts in learning design, business strategy, branding, and organizational development to help clients turn bold visions into lasting impact at Learning Design Network. There, she used proven prototyping methods to translate the essence of consumer insights, client strategy, and research into compelling, interactive change management and cultural alignment programs..
As an Instructional Designer, Meighan used proven prototyping methods to distill complex consumer insights, organizational data, and strategic goals into clear, compelling narratives and interactive learning experiences These weren’t just trainings—they were catalytic engagements that sparked powerful conversations, deepened cultural alignment, and fueled change at scale.
Her focus:
🔹 Designing change management and cultural transformation programs that brought strategy to life
🔹 Crafting interactive learning experiences that aligned employees with the company’s “why"
🔹 Supporting global teams in understanding and adopting new ways of working
🔹 Translating research and insights into story-driven, scalable learning content
The work emphasized a central truth: even the best strategy fails if people don’t understand—or feel connected to—it. Meighan helped leaders bridge that gap, activating understanding, belief, and behavior change across global organizations.
The result? Loyal advocates. Energized teams. Cultures that evolve with purpose.
Because when people truly understand the “why,” they move forward with conviction.
Meighan is a strategic firestarter with a heart for mentorship and a mind wired for the future. She moves effortlessly between Senior Executive meetings and high school classrooms—helping senior leaders reimagine work, and guiding the next generation to dream boldly and lead intentionally.
She blends foresight with follow-through, designing high-trust conversations across AI strategy, workforce transformation, and leadership development. As a builder of peer councils and curator of culture-shifting dialogue, she sees human connection as the catalyst for growth.
Her superpower? Turning complexity into clarity—and making everyone in the room feel seen, heard, and inspired to act.
Her philosophy? No one transforms alone.
